Andraitx is a pretty and sheltered harbour on the near the western tip of Mallorca. It is a short distance from the island of Dragonera.

In common with many Mallorquin towns, the port is a distinct from the main town which is approximately 2 miles inland, a historical oddity caused by the frequent pirate raids along the coast.
